THE Stock Theft Unit in Jeffreys Bay is appealing to the community to assist them with information that could lead to the recovery of 36 friesland calves that were stolen in the Kareedouw area.

It is alleged that the six-month-old calves were stolen out of their grazing camp between Friday, 8 January 2016 and Saturday, 16 January 2016, from the farm Klipdrift near Kareedouw.

The calves are brown and black in colour and are worth more than R54000.

Police have requested anyone with information on the calves or the identity of the suspects to contact Sergeant Jimmy Maya from the Jeffreys Bay Stock Theft Unit on (042) 200-7000 or 072 720 1895 or Crime Stop 08600-10111.
