The Department of Education in Port Elizabeth has served a group of parents with court papers to stop them from sleeping in the department’s auditorium.
The parents of pupils attending schools in the northern areas are protesting outside the high court chanting “one teacher, one class. ”
They have been sleeping at the department since February 8 after an almost month-long stayaway and shutdown of the northern areas schools.
This is a developing story.
