The DA in Nelson Mandela Bay will submit a PAIA (Promotion of Access to Information Act) application to see the signed service level agreement which gives the municipality control over Bayworld.
Earlier this week, economic development, tourism and agriculture head Anele Qaba said Sports, Recreation, Arts and Culture MEC Pemmy Majodina had finally signed the agreement.
But DA Bay mayoral candidate Athol Trollip said the agreement had not been seen by the DA and they would make a PAIA application to see that it existed.
