Volunteers are being called on to join a campaign to clean a busy Port Elizabeth street tomorrow.
Project Nelson Mandela Bay, a private “good citizen” initiative, is calling on the public to join them at the intersection of Langenhoven and Burt drives at Life Mercantile Hospital.
They will work their way towards Diaz Road between 2pm and 4pm, ending in North End.
There will be a meet-and-greet at the Pickering Street-Second Avenue intersection at 1.30pm.
Transport will be provided to and from the clean-up area, as well as gloves.
Bring your own refreshments.
