A six-year-old boy has drowned and another two children are missing and presumed drowned after falling into a sewage canal in the Louterwater area in the Langkloof today.
Hendrik Truter from Kouga EMS said they were waiting for police divers to come and assist them in the search.
Other rescue units are on their way.
The Louterwater sewage canals are situated just outside Joubertina in the Eastern Cape.
