Medical staff at Livingstone Hospital are urgently looking for the family of a young man who was brought to the hospital by ambulance on June 15.
Social worker Nelisa Siwisa said the man, estimated to be around 19 or 20 years old, was found next to Uitenhage Road.
He was the victim of a hit and run accident.
She said he is critically injured, with serious head injuries and is being treated at the hospital’s intensive care unit.
“He is unconscious so we can’t even ask him his name,” she said.
